The machine’s compact, sealed chamber features high-resolution viewing windows and LED lighting to illuminate intricate details, while ergonomic rubber gloves with flexible wrist seals enable precise manipulation of small nozzles (0.5–2 mm in diameter). Pressure regulators allow operators to adjust blasting intensity between 5–30 PSI, ensuring gentle yet effective cleaning—critical for delicate materials like titanium, brass, or polished stainless steel.
Abrasive selection is tailored to fine cleaning: ultra-fine aluminum oxide (50–100 microns) removes micro-burrs, glass beads create smooth finishes, and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) lifts contaminants from sensitive surfaces without scratching.
